Integrated Styling -means that we use some of your furniture (most often beds and mattresses, but we may use other furniture as well). This brings the costs down for you and creates a unique, homely finish.

Partial Styling – means that we style a few rooms only. These are usually the most important spaces like the living and just one or two bedrooms.

Prices for either Integrated or Partial Styling package is dependent on your budget and need requirements. Book a consultation to discuss options and pricing.

Working closely with you taking into consideration your needs and budget, our Stylists will supply and carefully select furniture pieces, soft furnishings and décor to enhance your homes features’ appealing to as many potential buyers as possible. Both interior and exterior spaces are considered and presented to “capture” the imagination of potential buyers.

We can help you style and furnish your Airbnb / Short Term holiday property to achieve a high-ranking in-guest satisfaction, and maximum rental success.

At Home Styling by G&M we can provide you with a list of furnishings, white goods, décor, crockery/cutlery, linen etc, everything needed to create a home away from home for holiday makers.

Depending on your budget, we can provide you with either:

• Comprehensive report list of furniture items etc, for you to source and purchase

• Comprehensive report list of furniture items etc, and for one of our Stylist to source, purchase, deliver, style and install.

Our Stylist will help you create a new look for your home working together to transform your home.

We follow the 60-30-10 Rule - It's a classic decor rule that helps create a colour palette for a space. It states that 60% of the room should be a dominant colour, 30% should be the secondary colour or texture and the last 10% should be an accent.

In addition to the 60-30-10 Rule, a new look can be created giving you that  “wow” factor you are looking for through:

• Introducing / updating lighting pendants to create a focal point in the room;

• Updating cabinet handles and tapware;

• Rearrange a vignette on your dresser;

• Changing cushions and throws;
