  • Home Styling is the strategic placement of furniture and décor with the intention to showcase a house for sale, leaving a memorable lasting impression.  The goal is to appeal to the highest number of potential buyers, resulting in a swift campaign and selling at the optimum price. 

    By styling your property well, it'll keep buyers engaged and make it a top contender on their list.

  • After an initial phone consultation, your next steps will be an on-site consultation, completely free. One of our stylists will meet you at the property to obtain a better understanding of your situation, budget and discuss what kind of styling / staging would be the most beneficial option for you (refer to “Our Services”): The whole process goes for about 45 -75 minutes.

  • Our furniture hire period is 4 weeks + 2 weeks free (6 weeks in total). The rental period can be extended if required*.

    * Additional cost may apply

  • Depending on which service you‘ve chosen and the specifications of your property, the delivery and installation of furniture and décor can take 5 to 10 hours. 

    You do not have to be home for the install.

  • The cost varies depends on the service you require, your budget, furniture and décor requirements and property location.

    We work closely with you to determine which bespoke styling / staging service best suites your needs. 

    Approximate Full styling / staging package, for a 6-week sales campaign (4-week + 2 weeks free):

    • Studio / One Bedroom Apartment - from $1,800.00 + GST

    • Two Bedroom Apartment - from $4,500.00 + GST

    • Three Bedroom house - from $4,500.00 + GST

    • Four Bedroom family home $6,500.00 + GST

    • Large homes Five + bedrooms - from $10,000.00 + GST

    Additional weekly fees incurred for 6+ week campaign

  • We are here to assist you in any way we can. As an added service we can recommend storage facilities and quote on removalists services at an additional cost.

    The invoice will be sent separately within 7 days of furniture removal.

    NOTE: storage unit must be within 10-15km of your property

  • The primary task of a home stylist / stager is to help homeowners and Agents sell houses by maximising buyer appeal.

    At Home Styling by G&M we are focused on helping you achieve the best possible price in the shortest timeframe by:
